A:To get  Thailand’s Export Directory, please visit the Sourcing Section of the Department of Export Promotion USA Website Thai Trade Center Los Angeles If you cannot reach certain exporters, you may complete the request form. We will forward your request to the Department of Export Promotion in Bangkok to obtain more details within two weeks.

Q:I cannot fax or e-mail to the exporters. What should I do?

A:If you cannot reach the exporters, send us their details. We will follow up and request that they contact you directly.

Q:How can I get the Certificate of Free Sale?

A:To get the Certificate of Free Sale, please contact the Office of Commercial Affairs, Royal Thai Embassy, Washington D.C. or visit The Office of Thai Commercial Affairs for more information. Q:Can you help with a trade dispute?

A:Yes. Fax or mail a copy of your documents identifying the problems. We will verify your case and provide you advice. If the disputed products are not trade-related and they are for your personal use, please contact the Tourism Authority of Thailand (TAT). You may visit TAT website at Tourism Authority of Thailand.
