"BIFF & BIL 2012" Ready to be Launched!

Ready to launch the biggest events for all Fashionistas in Thailand, BIFF & BIL 2012 will present 21 international fashion shows with quality products from exhibitors whom are leader of fashion industry countries from all across Asia.
Department of International Trade Promotion (DITP), Ministry of Commerce proudly promotes Thailand as the fashion center for designers who are producing and marketing in the fashion industry, including garments, leatherwear and shoes. The aim is to develop Thailand as the leader of Trend Fashion among ASEAN region and Asian countries. This will be a great opportunity of SMEs to participate in the showcases at one of the national exhibition centers. DITP targets to attract more than 600 exhibitors and more than 1,000 booths in the fair. This year’s exhibition has aimed to welcome more than 40,000 participants from around the world with better and extravagant image than it ever was before.
Mrs. Nuntawan Sakuntanaga, Director-General of the Department of International Trade Promotion (DITP) said, “This year, we focus to develop BIFF & BIL 2012 into an ASEAN Integration. We support Thai entrepreneurs to achieve competitiveness among international trade. By invitation Mr. Michael Rosen, specialized fashion show organizer from the United Kingdom; Mr. Lee Lapthorne, Top Designer from London; as well as Khun Kusuma Chaiyaporn, Editor in Chief of L’OFFICIEL; as special guests to give a lecture and create Workshops, the exhibition has come to awareness and is elevated to the world class international arena considerably. We expect the ASEAN and other countries, such as China, India, Japan, will participate in BIFF & BIL 2012. We would like to invite all members of Fashion & Leather entrepreneur associations to join this annual exhibition. For those who are interested in this industry, this is a fair that they shouldn’t miss!”
BIFF & BIL 2012, the world class international fashion and leatherwear fair, is organized by the Department of International Trade Promotion (DITP), Ministry of Commerce in collaboration with 15 trade associations in the fashion and leather industry. The fair will take place from June 27 – July 1, 2012 at Challenger 2 IMPACT Muang Thong Thani, Thailand.
